First God died
scattering parts
far and wide
leaving us to pick up the pieces
and put us back together.

Struggle and trouble
catastrophe, suffering
we clawed our way up
an eon a time.

Good and more evil
power and love
winners and losers
a hacked crooked line.

Glimpses of unity
harmony, joy
now backwards we’re slipping...
the long game arrives.
